Machine à laver les filets

Laveuse inox


Les laveuses à filets fonctionnent comme les machines à laver traditionnelles à tambour. On introduit le filet avec ou sans liquide de nettoyage ou d’antifouling. Des trous d’évacuation rejettent les eaux usées par la force centrifuge soit en mer, soit dans des bassins de décantation.
 
Laveuse à tambour en résine


Réalisée en matériaux de haute qualité technologique, cette laveuse est très stable et sa durée de vie est importante. Le tambour est en résine. Elle est équipée d’un moteur de 4 Kw, volume d’eau de 50 à 500 l/min., vitesse de rotation 8 tours/min. La rotation peut se réaliser dans les deux sens.
 
Laveuse linéaire


Utilisée dans les grandes structures aquacoles, cette machine permet de passer les filets en linéaire; le nettoyage se fait par des jets d’eau chaude ou froid à haute pression, contenant le produit de nettoyage. Un intérêt certain sur la qualité du traitement et sur la vérification des filets (déchirure, faiblesse, trous etc...); permet le passage de cages de gros volume.
