ENCEINTES D'ELEVAGE Photo-bioréacteur            

Poches et gaines plastique transparentes


Principe : Gaine en plastique 250 µm en laise de 600 mm, 400 mm, 300 mm


La poche est thermosoudable et permet de maintenir des cultures de microalgues plusieurs semaines.


Les gaines sont maintenues dans des enceintes grillagées  et posées sur des suppots en polyester. Un cadre polyester ou inox maintient l'ensemble des poches




 


 


     
Soudure des poches plastique


Principe : Appareil de thermosoudure, permet de souder les gaines plastiques pour la culture des microalgues.


 
     


Liste de matériel pour la salle d'algues


Les souches: Chlorella sp, Isochysis galbana, Pavlova lutheri, Nannochloropsis occulata, Dunaliella tertiolecta, Tetraselmis suecica.


La verrerie: Erlen meyer a col etroit 250, 500, 1000 ml, ballon a fond plat avec bouchons caoutchouc 5 l, bécher en verre 50, 100, 200 ml, becher gradués plastique 250, 500, 1000 ml, tube à essai, support de tube a essai, canne de verre, pipette graduée 1/0,01 ml, pipette graduée 5/0,1 ml, Pissette LDPE 500 ml, Bombonne PC 20 l.
