AQUALOG
is responsible for implementing all types of quality procedures in the field of seafood in upgrading or development of a label.

Upgrading and health approval :

The European health standards now require the establishment of systems of checks and records as HACCP. Those procedures aim to establish a list of checkpoints with the obligatory list of remedial actions necessary to maintain product quality throughout its development phase (example: purification of shellfish or fish packing).

In the context of health approval procedures shall be subject to the approval of veterinary services.
